Performance: live electronics and visuals, presented as part of the second concert in the Bleepbloopalooza series, led by PARIESA (Practice + Research in Enactive Sonic Art) at Arizona State University. The concert took place November 3, 2016 at the Digital Arts Ranch at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
Video instruments utilized in the performance were developed both at the Topological Media Lab (Concordia University - Montreal, QC) and the Synthesis Center (Arizona State University - Tempe, AZ).

video installation: a study on the synchronization of sound and image. lux urbem is a video work both for installation and single channel format, exploring city light (both exterior and interior) through demonstrations of movement and shape. All images were captured during the Winter 2011 in Montréal, QC.
The work was presented silently at the Mixed Medium Mixed Them (MMMT) Gallery show at the Phoenix Center for the Arts in Phoenix, AZ on April 1 + 15, 2016. The exhibition explored the current artistic climate of the Phoenix-Metro area
PERFORMANCE: TransCultural Exchange Concert at Goethe-Institut Boston, with Works by Rudi Punzo, Yannick Franck and Sandeep Bhagwati. The concert took place on February 27th, 2016 as part of the TransCultural Exchange Conference in Boston, MA.

In the context of a massive 4 year project called “100 Years of Now!” I have been invited to present my work and give a talk at the 4 day opening festival, a vertiginous romp between the arts, the sciences and social movements. I am glad to share a slot with the renowned historian of science Hans Jörg Rheinberger and the St.Petersburg art-science team Evelina Domnitch & Dmitry Gelfand.Felix del Tredici, Navid Navab and Julian Stein will perform excerpts from my comprovisation “Native Alien”.

Invisible Lines @ Edith-Russ-Haus für Medienkuns - On October 9, there will be the opening for Invisible Lines (Adam Basanta + Julian Stein) in Oldenburg, Germany. The exhibition is for winners of the 2014 Edith-Russ-Haus Award for Emerging Media Artists. Music for Lamps @ Festival Phénomena 2014 - On October 19, there will be a performance of Music for Lamps (Adam Basanta + Julian Stein + Max Stein) at the Champ des possibles in Montréal, QC. Festival “Musiikin Aika – Time of Music” (Viitasaari, Finland)
From July 1-6, 2014, Sandeep Bhagwati will be the composer of honour at the renowned “Time of Music” Festival in Viitasaari, Finland.
Felix del Tredici (bass trb), Navid Navab (computer musician), and Julian Stein (computer scores) performed “Native Alien on July 4, 2014.
Installation: Provided sound/interaction design for Turcot: la route devenue architecture, an interactive installation work by Berengère L. Marin-Dubuard (beewoo), presented in the Satosphere at the Société des arts technologiques (SAT), as part of BIAN 2014. The installation was presented from May 28 - June 27 2014.
